That's why at Atlantic Spinal Rehab and Wellness Clinic our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable. Before your first appointment, please take a moment to fill out our new patient forms. This way you won't feel rushed and forget to mention something important to our doctors.
