Tara was born in Waterford, CT but since graduating from High School has lived up and down the East Coast. Most recently she was living in Hollywood, FL before relocating to Wilmington, NC. Tara is an avid sports enthusiast and will let you know what teams she is rooting for. Specifically the NY Yankees, NY Giants and Gamecocks. If Tara isn’t working you can find her spending time with her two dogs; Rory and Remy, or laying at the beach.

Experience working with various high school, collegiate and Olympic caliber athletes as well as weekend warriors within a variety of sports and settings ranging from large NCAA Division I programs to small Division III schools and covering the majority of sports including Baseball, Swimming and Diving, Basketball, and Ice Hockey
While covering these teams an emphasis was placed on sport-specific training, prevention and evaluations of athletic injuries, acute treatments, and long-term rehabilitation of post-operative athletes.
